Amy Poehler is an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor, comedian, writer, producer, director and host, best known for her role as Leslie Knope in the NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation." Amy was a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" from 2001 to 2008, and has since appeared as the host twice. She has starred in several films, including "The House," "Baby Mama," “Inside Out," and "Wine Country," in which she also made her directorial film debut. She is the executive producer for a number of comedy series, including "Broad City," "Russian Doll," and "Difficult People." Her book, "Yes Please," debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times Best Sellers list. Amy is also a founding member of the improvisational comedy troupe the Upright Citizens Brigade and comedy training center the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
