Andra Day is a Grammy and Golden Globe-winning and Academy Award and Emmy Award-nominated singer-songwriter and actor. Her debut album “Cheers to the Fall” was nominated for Best R&B Album and its single “Rise Up” was nominated for Best R&B Performance at the 2016 Grammy Awards. She made her acting debut portraying Billie Holiday in the biopic “The United States vs. Billie Holiday,” which earned her a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination. Her new album “CASSANDRA (cherith)” is out on May 10.
