Curtis has appeared on numerous cooking shows including “Take Home Chef,” “Iron Chef America,” “Top Chef Masters,” “Around the World in 80 Plates,” MasterChef Australia All-Stars,” “My Kitchen Rules” and “Crime Scene Kitchen.” He is best known in Australia for being the fresh food and recipes ambassador for Coles Supermarkets.
