Kyra Sedgwick

Kyra Sedgwick is an actor, producer and director best known for starring as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in the TV series “The Closer,” for which she won a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award. Kyra has starred in numerous films throughout her career including “Something to Talk About,” “Born on the Fourth of July,” “Singles,” “Heart and Souls,” “The Game Plan,” “The Possession” and “The Edge of Seventeen.” She also had a recurring role as Madeline Wuntch on the sitcom “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.” Kyra’s feature film directorial debut “Space Oddity” is in theaters on March 31.
